Our positive safety culture is supported by a just culture framework that secures the participation and engagement of our workforce, ensures expectations and accountabilities are clearly defined, and that all our stakeholders are treated fairly and equitably.

Wide Range Civil and Construction’s industry leading health and safety standards are underpinned by our Safety Cultural Program which aims to foster positive safety behaviours, worker engagement, risk awareness, transparency and accountability.

This program is a dynamic approach to health and safety management focusing on behaviours and the empowerment of each individual. Wide Range Civil and Construction’s Safety Cultural Program consists of the following elements:

This accreditation ensures continuity of our operations, conformance of our projects to defined quality standards, and attainment of best practice construction methodology and process.

Wide Range Civil and Construction provides financial support to projects and charities via its foundation, Wide Range Foundation. Created to improve access to healthcare, education and employment opportunities within local communities, the association also responds to emergencies, for instance in the aftermath of natural disasters. As we continue to grow, we are committed to developing our support to the local workforce, including indigenous communities, by promoting long-term employment with related training and education for the enhancement of trade skills and career advancement opportunities in all of our project locations.
